  • Guest：The property was what we hoped. The issue we had was not typical but it maybe worth noting. After our stay we noticed we had left an expensive jacket behind. After many failed attempts to reach the hotel we have accepted the loss. After unanswered emails and lengthy times on hold and finally speaking to someone we were asked to call back the next day. We followed their direction and called the next day. Unfortunately that was the last time we had any communications with the hotel. We called many different times of the day to be put on hold then never answered. The hotel was not busy at all due to low season. We felt this was a chance to provide an exceptional service when it was really needed. The Douro Scala failed. Our request seemed beyond their capabilities. We simply needed to talk with someone.

Quanto às instala??es rigorasamente nada a apontar, está tudo conforme descrito e as fotografias demonstram bem o que ir?o encontrar. A nivel de servi?o, deixa um pouco a desejar. Antes de ir, vimos aqui criticas até antigas que o banho turco se encontrava em manuten??o e a verdade é que ainda estava, o que me leva a crer que n?o têm interesse em melhorar esse ponto. Durante o fim de semana que lá estivemos apenas 3 funcionários para o restaurante e o bar, que com casa cheia n?o d?o minimamente conta do recado. No fim do jantar fomos ao bar para beber um digestivo, n?o estava ninguém, tivemos de ir à recep??o perguntar se estava aberto o bar, o recepcoinista ligou para o restaurante e chamou um dos 3 funcionários que veio a correr, serviu-nos à pressa e voltou para o restaurante. Quanto aos acessos podiam melhorar as indica??es ao longo do caminho. De resto para descansar e aproveitar vistas desafogadas é maravilhoso.

  • Guest：. Gostei da localiza??o, uma vista muito linda dos quartos. . Os quartos s?o muito bonitos, problema com a TV de tarde e inicio da tarde. . O circuito de SPA é bom, pena o Banho Turco estar avariado, que pelo que percebi já muito tempo. . O Pequeno almo?o para hotel 5 estrelas, deixa um pouco desiludida. . Fiz massagem com a Terapeuta Ana Lina, que foi excelente, nunca na vida fiz uma massagem com alguém t?o profissional, que sabe o que está a fazer, tem mesmo um dom.
